The crew worked very hard to rip the old driveway out the first day and it was obvious that they knew what they were doing and the work was clean and neat. The second day they installed the new driveway paying especially attention to transition areas like to my new concrete slab to my wheelchair ramp. The transitions are absolutely seamless. “My 20 yr old driveway was in desperate need of repair. Discussed hot patching vs full resurfacing. Leonard explained the pros and cons of both, and I ended up getting the whole driveway resurfaced with the problem areas cut out, and repaired down to the dirt and rocks filled. They “shimmed” the areas that weren’t level, then completely resurfaced my entire 7200 sqft driveway. The entire job was done in 2 days, and the project was scheduled 2 weeks from when I called to make the appointment. The driveway looks great, and is probably good for another 20 years. I highly recommend Wells Asphalt, and am glad to have supported a small, family-owned business.”

“We hired Wells to pave a parking area and long driveway. They showed up when promised and did high quality work. Before the job, we decided we wanted a couple additions to the initial proposal and the extra charge they suggested was more than fair. We were especially pleased when the prep work ripped up a wire just inches below the surface that I had forgotten about. Someone came and got me and together we traced out what the wire was for (a lead to a sub surface array of ground rods). The crew switched to prepping another area while one of the guys helped me install a replacement wire. They could have just shrugged off finding a single buried wire but they did not.”

It’s been hot and stormy this Summer so scheduling was touch and go, but Jessica kept us updated as to when the job would be done.
